Fred Korematsu is today’s Google doodle! This effort started in 2014 with a brainstorm I had with 18 Million Rising when I chaired the Korematsu Institute advisory committee. The second image below is the crude mock-up I did for the doodle campaign.
Every year since then, 18MR gathered petitions for this. Glad to finally see this happen! Thank you, CM Samala, PaKou Her, Cayden Mak, and all the folks at 18MR!
