Soompi.com, a site dedicated to Korean popular culture, is expanding their site next year to include Chinese pop content.
They’re looking for writers on Chinese drama, pop music and movie reviews. This is for your if you’re a passionate fan of Chinese movies and dramas, and have a flair for writing. A great stepping stone for someone wanting to enter the world of entertainment journalism.
Successful applicant should be able to write 10-20 blog posts per week (in English!); be original/smart/humorous/clean/simple/artistic/sincere (in other words, perfect); strong grammar and spelling skills.
Compensation is per post and the author gets writer credit. Each post will require writing a synopsis plus review of approximately 350 to 450 words – the data entry portion (such as filling in summary info (like title, writer, producer, etc.), and uploading an image of the movie poster or album cover) will be already completed.
