Teenager Jimmy Lee & 21-year old Isaac Lee are unexpectedly taken on a road trip to Durango, Colorado by their father Boo-Seng Lee. As this Korean-American family make their way across the Arizona desert, they confront family secrets, dealing with issues of sexual identity, alienation and parental expectations that define being Asian in America. DURANGO promises to be a thought-provoking examination of the fears, fantasies and failures of a family standing in the shadow of the American Dream.

“A tender-hearted production.” -Charles Isherwood, The New York Times

“Cho is a writer at the top of her game.” -Michael Feingold, The Village Voice
