Join us on Thursday, February 22, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Lucid (580 Sutter St. at Mason) in San Francisco as we support Citizens for the World, a nonprofit that promotes awareness of poverty issues affecting developing countries in Asia.

We’ll ask for a $10 donation (not required to attend) and in turn give you drink specials until 8 p.m. Citizens for the World reps will share more information about their organization and also about fashion show on March 3, featuring Yul Kwon (CBS Survivor winner), and Carol Chen (2006 Miss San Francisco).

The March 3 fashion show will “encourage creativity and allows participants to personalize their anti-poverty message by modifying the jeans worn during the show. These fashionable jeans will also be sold to spread awareness and fund future campaigns. Thus, BARE becomes more than just a fashion show — it becomes a personal statement by the participants to share with others.”
