Wu Yee Children’s Service is hosting a guided tour of San Francisco’s Chinatown, including lunch, on Saturday, 6 June at 10:30 a.m. (until approximately 1:30 p.m.). The group will meet on the Washington Street side of the upper level of Portsmouth Square (Kearny & Clay). The tour will discuss Chinatown’s history and explore its colorful alleys and side streets, including family associations, sewing shops, community organizations and churches. Tickets for the tour and lunch are $40. All proceeds from this mini fundraiser will benefit Wu Yee’s child care programs and family support services on behalf of low-income families and children.
